肺霍奇金淋巴瘤1例并文献复习

目的探讨肺霍奇金淋巴瘤的临床病理学特点与鉴别诊断。方法对1例肺霍奇金淋巴瘤病例进行病理学检查并复习文献。结果本例主要表现为肺上叶巨大包块,有坏死改变,与周围组织粘连,病理分型为混合细胞型。结论肺霍奇金淋巴瘤术前临床诊断不容易,术后要与朗格罕斯组织细胞增生症等疾病鉴别。

Hodgkin''''s lymphoma of hung:report of an case and review of the literature

Objective To study the clinicopathological features of Hodgkin' lymphoma of lung.Methods One case of Hodgkin' lymphoma of lung,comfirmed by HE examination,was studied with review of the literature.Results The main manifestation concluded a large mass with necrosis in the upper lung,and connected with the around tissues;its pathology feature is a kind of mixture cellulurity.Conclusions It is difficult to diagnose Hodgkin' lymphoma of lung before the operation and it should be differentiated from such diseases as langhans cell granulomatosis.
