| Abstract: | The occurrence of pseudoankylosis of the temporomandibular joints secondary to maxillary-mandibular synostoses is rare. These authors know of only two cases, previously reported and both were unilateral. A case is presented that is bilateral and symmetrical with a possible familial component. |
