粒细胞一巨噬细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)可以由支气管哮喘(简称哮喘)炎症部位的巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞和上皮细胞产生.反之,GM-CSF也同样作用于巨噬细胞、嗜酸粒细胞、免疫细胞、中性粒细胞等.GM-CSF的高表达增强了机体对抗原的敏感性,导致气道炎症反应增加,在哮喘发病机制中起着重要作用.

Granulocyte-macrophage colony stimulating factor(GM-CSF)is produced by macrophages,eosinophils and epithelial cells under the airway inflammation of bronchial asthma(asthma).However,GM-CSF also effects macrophages,eosinophils,immunocytes,neutrophils,et al.It has been shown that hyperexpression of GM-CSF promotes sensitization to allergens,resulting in augmentation of airway inflammation.So GM-CSF may play an important role in the pathogenesis of asthma.
