百贝宁治疗轮状病毒肠炎疗效观察

目的探讨百贝宁对轮状病毒肠炎治疗效果.方法观察轮状病毒肠炎76例,随机分为治疗组40例,对照组36例.两组基础治疗均采用利巴韦林10 mg/（kg.d）静脉点滴,蒙托石散、双歧杆菌口服,补液支持治疗.治疗组在上述基础上给与百贝宁1g/次口服,3次/d,共3～5 d.对照组采用干扰素α-1b肌注10ug/（kg.次）肌肉注射,1次/d,3～5 d.结果治疗组显效率70%,总有效率92.5%,对照组显效率38.9%,总有效率72.2%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组脱水纠正时间及住院天数较对照组短,比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）,治疗组及对照组出现迁延性腹泻百分比,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）.结论百贝宁能有效改善轮状病毒肠炎的症状、体征,有效减少迁延性腹泻的发生,有效率优于对照组,临床疗效优于干扰素,并具有口感好,无不良反应等特点.

Clinical Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Baibeining on Rotavirus Enteritis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of Baibeining on rotavirus enteritis.Methods 76 cases of rotavirus enteritis were observed,which were randomly divided into treatment group（40 cases）and control group（36 cases）.Patients in both treatment group and control group were basically treated with ribavirin（10 mg/（kg.d）,iv）,smectite powder and bifidobacterium（p.o.）,and fluid infusion supportive treatment.Based on the basic intervention,Baibeining（100 g,tid,3～5 d）was applied in the treatment group,while interferon α1-b（1 mg/kg,qd,3～5 d）was applied in the control group.Results Obvious effective rate of treatment group was 70.0%,and total effective rate was 92.5%.Obvious effective rate of control group was 38.9%,and total effective rate was 72.2%.The difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The time for dehydration correction and hospitalization in treatment group were shorter than control group.The difference between treatment group and control group was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusions Baibeining can effectively improve symptoms and physical signs in patients with rotavirus enteritis,and reduce the incidence of persisting diarrhea.The therapeutic effects of Baibeining are better than that of interferon.Furthermore,Baibeining has good taste and less adverse reactions
