冠心病患者IL-6、HCY和CRP水平与冠状动脉病变的关系

目的观察冠心病（Coronaryheartdisease,CHD）患者血浆IL-6、HCY和CRP水平,探讨其与冠心病之间的关系。方法选取88例经临床表现、实验室检验及辅助检查确诊为冠心病患者,根据冠心病分型分为稳定性心绞痛组（Stableangina,SAP）20例、不稳定型心绞痛组（Unstableangina,UAP）35例和急性心肌梗死组（Acutemyocardialinfarction,AMI）33例;另选择46例正常健康患者为对照组。分别检测上述入选患者IL-6、HCY和CRP水平。结果①与对照组比较,冠心病患者IL-6、HCY和CRP水平明显升高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;②IL-6、HCY和CRP水平随冠心病的损害程度增加而升高（P〈0.05）。结论 IL-6、HCY和CRP水平在冠心病患者中明显升高,且与冠心病的损害程度正相关,提示上述因子可能共同参与或介导了动脉粥样硬化的形成,并可预测冠心病的严重程度。

Relation between the IL-6, HCY and CRP level and the coronary artery pathological changes

Objective To study the relation between the IL-6,HCY and CRP level and the coronary artery pathological changes.Methods 88 sufferers diagnosed as CHD by the clinical symptoms,lab testing and other assistant checking were enrolled into this study.Among them,20 were the SAP type,35 UAP type and 33 AMI type.Meanwhile,the other 46 control had been chosen,then test IL-6,HCY and CRP level of the above selected ones.Results Compared with the control,the IL-6,HCY and CRP level in the CHD sufferers was higher evidently,with significant difference.The more damage that CHD had,the higher level the IL-6,HCY and CRP of CHD had.Conclusion The IL-6,HCY and CRP of CHD may be the reason or the mediate in the forming of the atherosclerosis,and maybe predict the extent of CHD damage.
