摘    要:目的探讨带钢丝加强型气管导管在颌面部手术经鼻插管中的优势。方法选择80例颌面部手术经鼻插管成年麻醉患者,随机分为两组:带钢丝加强型气管导管组(W组)和普通PVC气管导管组(P组)。比较两组患者经鼻插管试探的次数、插管时间及鼻出血情况。结果两组患者经鼻插管均获得成功,插管时间相似。带钢丝加强型气管导管经鼻插管试探次数少,且鼻出血的频率及出血程度均小于普通PVC气管导管。结论带钢丝加强型气管导管经鼻插管试探次数少,出血轻微,更适合经鼻插管麻醉的需要。

Abstract:Objective To test whether a silicone wire-reinforced tracheal tube is superior to a polyvinyl chloride(PVC) type endotrachal tube for nasotracheal intubation in maxillofacial surgery.Methods 80 anesthetized paralyzed adult patients requiring nasotracheal intubation for maxillofacial surgery were randomly allocated into two groups with the silicone wire-reinforced tracheal tube or the PVC tracheal tube.The number of attempts,intubation time and postoperative nasal epistaxis were documented.Results There were no intubation failures in all patients.Intubation time was similar between the two groups.The number of attempts at pharyngeal and tracheal placement with the silicone wire-reinforced tracheal tube was fewer than that with the PVC tracheal tube.The frequency and severity of epistaxis with silicone wire-reinforced tracheal tube was much less than that with the PVC tracheal tube.Conclusion There were fewer attempts and less nasal epistaxis with the silicone wire-reinforced tracheal tube.It was more suitable for nasotracheal intubation.
