海南省500例蟑螂过敏皮肤点刺试验分析

目的了解海南省蟑螂过敏情况,为海南省过敏性疾病的流行病学研究及临床诊治和预防提供重要依据。方法对500例过敏性疾病患者用蟑螂过敏原点刺液进行皮肤点刺试验,统计其阳性率。然后随机选择20例蟑螂点刺阳性患者进行蜉蝣变应原鼻黏膜激发试验,另外随机选择无变应性疾病病史者作为阴性对照。结果 500例皮肤点刺试验中,蟑螂阳性者占66.20%,阳性患者鼻粘膜激发试验阳性率为100%,阴性激发率为0%。结论了解海南地区蟑螂过敏情况,可以为过敏性疾病的防治及免疫治疗提供依据。

Cockroach allergens skin prick test in 500 patients with allergic rhinitis in Hainan province

Objective To investigate the allergens of allergic disease and provide guidance in preventing and treating allergic disease.Methods 500 patients with allergic disease were tested with the allergen of cockroach by skin prick test,and then choose 20 cases of the positive patients to give the nasal mucosa provocation test.Then choose 20 cases of the negative to be controls.Results Test results of 500 cases showed that the total positive rate was 66.20%（293/500）,and 20 cases of controls showed that the negative rate was 100%（20/20）;20 cases of nasal mucosa provocation test were all positive and the control group were all negative.Conclusion The result of skin prick test correspond with the nasal mucosa provocation test.Cockroach is an important allergen in Hainan province.The allergen skin pick test can provide clue for the patients to avoid the pathogenic allergens and for the specific immunotherapy.
