| 摘 要： | 目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者经外周置入中心静脉导管（PICC）长期留置发生导管相关性感染的原因及对策.方法对我科2008年10月-2010年12月放置PICC的160例患者的所有资料进行汇总分析,找出发生导管相关性感染的原因.结果 160例PICC患者发生导管相关性感染5例（3.1%）,根据发生的原因制定护理对策.结论置管操作熟练程度,规范的导管维护,留置时间、带管出院系统的健康教育是避免导管相关性感染的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the cause and strategies of catheter-related infections in malignancy patients who carried a PICC(Peripherally Inserted Central Catheter) for a long time.Methods From October 2008 to December 2010,there were 160 patients who carried a PICC.We analyzed their clinical information to find the cause of catheter-related infections.Results Catheter-related infections occurred in 5 patients(2.9%)of 160 patients.We made correspondent nursing strategies for them according to the causes.Conclusion ... |
