腹腔镜联合器官切除32例治疗体会

目的探讨腹腔镜多器官联合手术的方法及疗效.方法回顾分析32例腹腔镜多器官联合手术临床资料.结果 32例手术无1例中转,均无手术并发症,手术时间40～120 min,平均（83±11）min,其中分别行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）＋腹腔镜阑尾切除术（LA）12例,LA＋妇科手术3例,LC＋妇科手术7例,LC＋肝、肾囊肿手术5例,粘连松解5例.结论腹腔镜多器官联合手术,创伤小,能缩短多疾病治疗的时间,节省费用,具有良好的应用价值.

Experiences of Laparoscopic Multiple Organ Surgery in 32 Patients

Objective To explore the method and effect of laparoscopic multiple organ surgery.Method The clinical data of 32 cases with laparoscopic multiple organ surgery were reviewed.Results 32 cases were operated successfully,without no operative complications,the operative time was 40～120 minutes,with an average 83.8 mins,including（Laparoscopic appendectomy）LA in 12 cases,LA＋ ovarian cyst in 3 cases,LC＋laparoscopic ovarian cyst and hysteromyoma in 7cases,LC＋laparoscopic unroofing of liver and renal cyst in 5 cases,and laparoscopic treatment of abdominal adhesion in 5 cases.Conclusion Laparoscopic multiple organ surgery has significant benefits to patients such as decreasing postoperative pain and trauma to the abdominal wall,reducing the time of anesthesia,operation and hospitalization,saving cost,and has the good application value.
