| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with psychological therapy for insomnia.Methods：90 patients with insomnia were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,45 patients in each group.The control group was treated with the Western medicine alprazolam,while the treatment group with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment combined with psychological therapy;the course of treatment for both group was one month.Results：The total effective rate of the control group was 91.11%,while the treatment group 97.78%,there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment with psychological treatment has a significant effect on insomnia. |
