| 摘 要： | 目的探讨干扰素（IFNα）所致甲状腺功能亢进的治疗方案.方法入组病例共23例,随机分两组,抗甲亢药物组给予甲巯咪唑或丙硫氧嘧啶,病例13例,对症处理组给予普奈洛尔,病例10例.结果抗甲亢药物组与普奈洛尔对症处理组,在治疗3个月两组甲亢治疗缓解率无差异,6个月及12个月两组甲减发生率无差异.结论在IFNα所致甲亢的治疗方案中,抗甲亢药物治疗与普奈洛尔对症治疗效果无明显差异,停用IFNα是甲亢缓解的关键.
