结节性脂膜炎的彩色多普勒血流成像诊断与病理对比分析

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声对结节性脂膜炎的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析32例经病理证实的结节性脂膜炎患者的声像图特征。结果结节性脂膜炎超声表现具有多样性,根据超声图像表现不同可分为结节性、液化性及钙化性3种。32例中,超声诊断结节性脂膜炎27例、脂肪瘤2例、皮脂腺囊肿合并感染2例、蜂窝织炎1例。超声诊断准确率为84%（27/32）。结论彩色多普勒超声可作为诊断结节性脂膜炎的首选检查方法,具有较高的诊断价值。

Comparison of color Doppler flow imaging with pathologic result in diagnosis of nodular panniculitis

Objective To investigate the value of color Doppler flow imaging（CDFI） in the diagnosis of nodular panniculitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of ultrasonographic features of 32 patients with pathologically confirmed nodular panniculitis was made. Results The ultrasonographic features of nodular panniculitis were diverse, which could be divided into 3 types： nodular type, liquefactive type and calcified type. In 32 cases 27 were diagnosed with nodular panniculitis, 2 with lipomas, 2 with sebaceous cysts combined with infection, 1 with cellulitis. The diagnostic accuracy of ultrasound was 84%（27/32）. Conclusion CDFI is of high diagnostic value in the diagnosis of nodular panniculitis.
