学龄前行为问题儿童认知功能特点

摘    要:目的:初步探讨行为问题儿童的认知功能特点,为干预提供依据。方法:采用Achenhach儿童行为量表(CBCL)(家长用)和中国联合型瑞文测验第二版(CRT-C2),对佛山市几所幼儿园大班儿童进行筛查,分成内向、外向、混合问题组,同班级、同性别、年龄最接近的非行为问题儿童组成对照组,按1:1配对;采用中国韦氏儿童智力量表(C-WYC-Sl)和威斯康星卡片分类试验(WCST)进行测试。结果:①常识和图形词汇因子得分外向问题组低于对照组;迷津和木块图案因子得分内向问题组低于对照组。内向问题组和外向问题组儿童智力不平衡者显著高于对照组,且内向问题组智力不平衡以(VIQ—PIQ)>15分为主,外向问题组智力不平衡以(PIQ—VIQ)>15分为主。②混合问题组NPE分显著高于对照组(P<0.05),外向问题组PE分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:各类行为问题儿童可能均有轻微脑功能异常,其认知功能的缺陷各有其特点,干预措施应注意针对性。

Abstract:Objective:To compare Cognitive function of preschool children with Behavior Problems with that ofnormal children.Methods:A screening was done with CBCL and CRT-C2 in preschool children aged 5-6 years to find out children with behavior problems.A control group was matched by gender and age and collected according to the rate of 1:1.C-WISC and WCST were applied to both groups.Results:(1) The scores of information and vocabulary in externalizing problems group were significant lower than those of control group.The scores of mazes and block design in internalizing problems group were significant lower than those of control group.The incidence of imbalance between VIQ and PIQ in internalizing problems group and externalizing problems group was significant higher than that of control group.Further more analysis showed that the imbalance of intelligence structure in internalizing problems was(VIQ——PIQ))15,but that in externalizing problems was(PIQ——VIQ))15;(2) The score of persistent errors(PE) in externalizing problem was significant higher than that of control group.The score of nonpersistent errors(NPE) in mixed problem was significant higher than that of.control group.Conclusion:There were significant differences of the cognitive function between behavior problem groups and control group;To reduce the behavior problems,different measures should be taken.
