摘    要:目的探讨该项目生产过程中可能会发生的职业病危害事故,找出关键控制点,分析项目现有的职业病危害事故应急救援措施。方法采用职业卫生现场调查和检测的方法对现有防护措施进行分析。结果在正常的生产条件下引起职业病危害事故的硫酸、盐酸、砷化氢和氢氧化钠的浓度符合职业接触限值。结论该项目在采取了一定的防护和应急救援措施的情况下,可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To investigate the potential accidents of occupational hazards in the process of this project, to find out the critical control point, and analyze the emergency rescue plan of occupational hazardous accidents in this project. [ Methods] Field investigation of occupational health was applied to analyze the current control measures. [ Results] Under normal production conditions, concentration of sulfuric acid, hydrochloric acid, arsenic hydrogen and sodium hydroxide which could cause occupational hazardous accidents met the occupational exposure limits. [ Conclusion] Taking a certain protection and emergency rescue measures can reduce the risk of occupational hazards.
