2011-2013年广西化妆品微生物检测结果分析

摘要:目的　了解广西化妆品微生物污染情况，为加强卫生监管提供参考。方法　按卫生部《化妆品卫生规范》（2007年版）第四部分微生物检验方法，对化妆品进行微生物检测，并对检测结果进行分析。结果　2011-2013年检测的304件化妆品，总合格率为96.7%。护肤类和特殊用途类化妆品合格率较低，分别为95.6%和94.4%。国产化妆品的合格率为95.9%，抽检化妆品的合格率为96.4%，均以菌落总数超标为主。结论　广西2011-2013年化妆品的卫生状况较好，但仍有部分化妆品存在不同程度的微生物污染。建议卫生监督管理部门有针对性地加强化妆品卫生监管。

Analysis on microbiological test results of cosmetics from 2011 to 2013, Guangxi

Abstract: Objective To understand the situation of cosmetics microbial contamination in Guangxi, and to provide a reference for strengthening supervision. Methods Microbiological detection was conducted for the cosmetics which were accepted in 2011-2013 in this institute according to the microorganism test method of the fourth part of Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics issued by Ministry of Health (since 2007), and analyses were also carried out. Results 304 pieces of cosmetics were detected in three years, and the percent of pass was 96.7%. The percent of pass of cosmetics to skin care and special purposes were very low, which were 95.6% and 94.4%, respectively. The percent of pass of made-in-China cosmetics was 95.9%, and the percent of pass of cosmetics by casual inspection was 96.4%. The main exceeding item was the total number of bacterial colonies. Conclusion The sanitary condition of cosmetics between the year 2011 and 2013 was good in Guangxi, but there was microbial contamination for a part of cosmetics inordinately. We suggest that the supervision department should reinforce health supervision on cosmetics specially.
