2010-2013年西安市城乡居民糖尿病死亡分析

摘要:目的　对2010-2013年西安市居民糖尿病死亡水平及其变化趋势进行分析，为糖尿病预防与控制提供参考。方法　收集2010-2013年西安市居民死因监测资料，采用ICD-10编码进行死因分类，分析城乡居民糖尿病死亡水平和变化趋势。结果　2010-2013年西安市糖尿病死亡率波动在11.91/10万～13.67/10万之间，无明显增高趋势，死亡率随年龄的增长而升高，50岁～组增加明显，80岁～组达最高；男女死亡率无显著差别；主城区死亡率高于郊县（χ2＝33.075，P＜0.001）。主城区男性糖尿病死亡率显著高于女性（χ2＝5.202，P＝0.023）；郊县男女性死亡率差异无统计学意义（χ2＝3.382，P＝0.066）。结论　西安市居民糖尿病死亡率呈波动变化趋势，男女之间死亡水平差异无统计学意义，城乡之间死亡水平有差别。

Diabetes mellitus mortality among residents of Xi'an from 2010 to 2013

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to discover the mortality trend of diabetes mellitus among residents of Xi'an from 2010 to 2013, in order to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of diabetes. Methods The data of diabetes death during this period were collected from death surveillance points in Xi'an and analyzed using ICD-10 codes. Results From 2010 to 2013, the diabetes mortality changed from 11.91/100000 in 2010 to 13.67/100000 in 2013. Age-specific death rate rose with increasing age and increased rapidly among residents aged 50 years old and above with a peak among the residents of 80 years old or above. There was no significant difference between male and female mortality rate. The diabetes mortality rate was higher among residents of urban areas than that of rural areas (χ2=330.75, P<0.01). In the urban area, the diabetes mortality rate was higher among male than female (χ2=9.28, P<0.01), while it was on the contrary in the rural areas (χ2=32.14, P<0.01). Conclusion Diabetes became one of the major death causes among the residents in Xi'an. The mortality rate was different between urban area and rural area.
