摘    要:摘要:目的 比较丝网印刷电极法和砷铈催化分光光度测定法在尿碘检测中的应用,评价丝网印刷电极法测定尿碘的实用性和可靠性。方法 运用丝网印刷电极法对标准物质,检测结果采用统计学分析。分别用2种方法对尿样进行检测,对检测结果进行统计学分析。结果 丝网印刷电极法和砷铈催化分光光度法测定的尿碘,线性回归分析相关系数(r2)为0.975,呈高度相关。根据Bland-Altman分析,2种测量方法具有一致性。丝网印刷电极法检测2个水平尿碘样本的RSD分别为3.5%、3.5%。平均回收率为 97.8%,假阳性率为3.5%,假阴性率为4.5%。结论 砷铈催化分光光度测定法灵敏度高于丝网印刷电极法,2种方法检验结果呈高度相关;丝网印刷电极法稳定性强、价格便宜、操作简便,更适用于临床大批量样本的快速检验。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To compare applicability in testing urine iodine between the screen printing electrode (SPE) and arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry, and evaluate the practicality and reliability of SPE. Methods These two methods were used to analyze two kinds of same urine samples at the same time. The SPE was used to analyze standard material. The results of practicability and reliability were evaluated by statistics analyses. Results The results that urine samples were analyzed by these two methods were high correlation (r2=0.975). The two methods were consistent according to Bland-Altman. The RSDs of SPE for testing two levels of urine iodine were 3.5% and 3.5%. The average recovery rate of SPE was 97.8%, and the false positive rate was 3.5%, and the false negative rate was 4.5%. The results demonstrated that there was no significant difference between the SPE method and arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry for different kinds of urine samples in iodine analysis. Conclusion The results showed that the sensitivity of arsenic and cerium catalytic spectrophotometry was higher than that of SPE, but the SPE showed marked performances in stability, less money and ease operation. Therefore, SPE was suitable for a large scale of clinic urine iodine tests.
