长沙市岳麓区居民食品营养标签知识水平调查

摘    要:摘要:目的 了解岳麓区居民对食品外包装营养标签的认知情况。方法 采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,在岳麓区城区和郊区中各抽取3个社区,使用自制问卷共调查3000名居民的一般人口学特征、食品采购习惯、营养知识学习情况及营养标签知识得分。结果 岳麓区居民食品营养标签知识的平均得分不高,为(41.72±14.8)分;各年龄组居民得分差异有统计学意义(F=13.74,P<0.05),其中35岁以下的居民得分最高;女性得分较男性高(P<0.05);学历越高得分越高(F=13.59,P<0.05),收入越高得分越高(F=87.64,P<0.05);食品采购习惯上,“有时”采购组居民得分高于其他组(P<0.05);有考过营养师组居民得分高于其他组(F=46.10,P<0.05)。结论 长沙市岳麓区居民对食品外包装营养标签总的认知度不够,居民营养标签知识水平与年龄、性别、学历、食品采购习惯和营养知识学习情况有关。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to understand the pre-packaged food nutrition labeling awareness among the Yuelu district residents. Methods The method of stratified cluster random sampling was used. Three communities were extracted in urban and suburban of Yuelu district. Homemade questionnaire survey was used among 3000 residents. The survey included demographic characteristics, food purchasing habits, nutrition knowledge and nutrition knowledge learning cognition. Results The average score for Yuelu district residents' knowledge of food nutrition labeling was not high (41.72±14.8). Residents' scores in each age group were different (F=13.74, P<0.05). Residents in the age of 35 had the highest score. Females scored higher than males (P<0.05). The higher the score, the higher the education level (F=13.59, P<0.05). The higher the score, the higher the income (F=87.64, P<0.05). For food purchasing habits, "sometimes" residents purchasing group scored higher than the other groups (P<0.05). The nutritionist test group had higher scores than the other groups of residents (F=46.10, P<0.05). Conclusion In Yuelu district, food packaging overall awareness of nutrition labeling was not enough among residents. The residents' nutrition labeling knowledge scores were related with age, gender, education level, food purchasing habits and nutrition knowledge learning.
