2007-2012年乐山地区HIV-1抗体阳性标本蛋白免疫印迹带型分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 了解乐山地区2007-2012年HIV-1抗体阳性标本蛋白免疫印迹带型分布情况,为临床诊断和治疗提供科学依据。方法 采用WESTERN BLOT免疫印迹技术进行检测并严格按照《全国艾滋病检测技术规范》2009年修订版和试剂说明书要求进行实验操作和结果判断,使用SPSS 11.5进行统计处理。结果 1163例确证阳性标本中除gag蛋白带型p55和p17阳性率较低外,其余带型阳性率均在94.00%以上;同时全带型组合出现率最高(57.70%);不同性别与蛋白印迹带型比较发现单条带型p55(χ2=7.427,P=0.006)和p17(χ2=6.370,P=0.012)在男女性别中的出现率差异有统计学意义;不同年龄组间单条带型gp41(χ2=8.827,P=0.032)、p51(χ2=11.418,P=0.010)、p55(χ2=16.622,P=0.001)出现率差异有统计学意义;在不同样品来源间的带型p31(χ2=14.662,P=0.023)、p55(χ2=18.594,P=0.005)出现率差异有统计学意义。结论 乐山市HIV感染处于快速增长期,通过HIV-1抗体WESTERN BLOT带型分布在不同性别、不同年龄、不同人群中的带型分析,可对乐山市今后HIV感染者病原检测、诊断、传播源的追踪以及治疗提供有力的依据。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to understand the HIV-1 antibody positive samples with western blot protein distribution in Leshan area from 2007 to 2012, in order to provide scientific basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods Detection and result judgment were in strict accordance with the "national HIV testing technology standard" revised edition in 2009 and reagent specification requirements was done by western blot blotting technique, using SPSS 11.5 software for statistical processing. Results One thousand one hundred and sixty-three cases were confirmed positive. In addition, the positive rates of Gag protein band type P55 and p17 were low. The rest of the band type positive rate was more than 94.00%. At the same time, the full band type combination appear rate was the highest (57.70%). For different gender and Western blot band type comparison, a single band type P55 was found (χ2=7.427, P=0.006). And p17 (χ2=6.370, P=0.012) had significantly difference in gender ratio in different age groups. Single band of gp41 (χ2=8.827, P=0.032), p51 (χ2=11.418, P=0.010), and p55 (χ2=16.622, P=0.001) appeared. There was a significant difference among the emergence rate of P31. In the belt type, different sample source was found between p31 (χ2=14.662, P=0.023) and p55 (χ2=18.594, P=0.005). And there was significant difference. Conclusion HIV in Leshan city was in a period of rapid growth. The HIV-1 antibody western blot belt type distribution in different gender, different age, different populations of belt type were analyzed, providing a strong basis for the detection, HIV infection diagnosis, communication source tracing and treatment in the future.
