一起诺如病毒引起的急性胃肠炎暴发疫情调查

摘要:目的　了解诺如病毒引起的急性胃肠炎暴发的原因和流行特征，为制定防控措施提供科学依据。方法　采用现场流行病学调查、病例对照研究以及现场卫生学调查方法，探索引起本次疫情暴发的危险因素。结果　本次疫情历时8 d，共患病92例，罹患率4.5%。经Logistic回归分析提示是由学生乘坐公交车接触诺如病毒病人引起的学校诺如病毒胃肠炎暴发疫情。结论　加强病情监测和报告，是学校诺如病毒疫情防控的主要对策。

An investigation on an outbreak of acute gastroenteritis caused by Norovirus

Abstract: Objective To explore the reason and feature of the outbreak of acute gastroenteritis caused by Norovirus and provide scientific basis for developing the control policies. Methods The risk factors were investigated through field epidemiological investigation, case-control study and field hygienic investigation. Results The outbreak last for 8 days, 92 cases of patients were found, with attack rate of 4.5%. The logistic regression analysis showed that the outbreak was induced by a student who contacted a patient of Norovirus in a bus. Conclusion Strengthening disease monitioring and reporting is the main countermeasure for the prevention and control of the outbreak of Norovirus.
