摘    要:摘要:目的 了解恶性肿瘤患者的肠道原虫感染情况,为采取有效防治措施提供依据。方法 对2013年6月-2014年6月广西医科大学第一附属医院收治的451例恶性肿瘤住院患者进行肠道原虫的病原学检查,并分析感染情况。结果 共查出肠道原虫感染者85例,总感染率为18.85%。检出3种肠道原虫,感染率分别为人芽囊原虫16.19%、溶组织内阿米巴1.77%、蓝氏贾第鞭毛虫0.89%。男性感染率为19.28%,女性为18.32%,性别差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);各年龄组的感染率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗组的感染率最高,为31.01%,显著高于其余治疗组(P<0.001);消化系统组的感染率最高,为32.67%,显著高于其余肿瘤类别组(P<0.001);感染者大多有不良卫生饮食习惯。结论 恶性肿瘤患者易受肠道原虫感染,应及时诊治,以免影响患者的预后及生存质量。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The study aimed to assess the prevalence of intestinal protozoan infection among patients with malignant cancer, and thus to provide a reference for developing effective control measures. Methods 451 patients with malignant cancer hospitalized at the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University between June of 2013 and June of 2014 were subjected to etiological examinations of intestinal protozoa and the results were analyzed. Results A total of 85 patients were tested positive of intestinal protozoan infection, with an overall infection rate of 18.85%. Three strains of intestinal protozoa were detected, including Blastocystis hominis (16.19%), Entamoeba histolytica (1.77%), and Giardia lamblia (0.89%). The infection rates among male and female were 19.28% and 18.32%, respectively; the gender difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). Differences in infection rates were not statistically significant among different age groups (P>0.05). The chemotherapy group had the highest infection rate of 31.01%, which was significantly higher than the other treatment groups (P<0.001). The digestive system group had the highest infection rate of 32.67%, which was significantly higher than the other cancer groups (P<0.001). Most of the infected patients had poor health or dietary habits. Conclusion Malignant cancer patients are susceptible to intestinal protozoan infections. Timely diagnosis and treatment of the infection should be implemented, so as to reduce the influences on prognosis and quality of life of the patients.
