摘    要:摘要:目的 了解2010-2013年丹阳市手足口病流行特征,为控制疫情提供依据。方法 根据国家疾病监测信息报告管理系统中手足口病发病统计数据,对丹阳市手足口病发病资料进行流行病学分析。结果 2010-2013年丹阳市共报告手足口病病例4734例,不同年份手足口病的报告发病率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);病例主要分布在云阳镇、界牌镇和开发区,占总发病数的50.43%;手足口病高发于1~3岁的儿童且男性发病多于女性;职业构成以散居儿童及幼托儿童为主;发病时间主要集中在4~7月份,7月达高峰;手足口病患者的发病时间与出生月份之间具有显著的正相关性(r=0.95,P<0.01);病原学分布以EV71和Cox A16感染为主(分别为71.9%和16.8%)。结论 丹阳市手足口病发生呈现逐年下降趋势;具有明显季节性以及人群性;出生月份对于手足口病的暴发具有一定的影响。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The objective of the study was to assess the epidemiological characteristics of hand-foot-and-mouth disease (HFMD) in Danyang City between 2010 and 2013, and thus to provide a reference for the control of HFMD epidemic. Methods Epidemiological analysis was performed on HFMD statistics in Danyang City obtained from the Disease Surveillance and Reporting Information Management System of China. Results A total of 4734 cases of HFMD were reported in Danyang City between 2010 and 2013, and the reported incidence of HFMD varied significantly from year to year (P<0.05). Most of the cases were reported in Yunyang County, Jiepai County, and development zones, accounting for 50.43% of the total number of incidence. The disease mainly occurred in children aged between 1 and 3, and occurred more often in male than in female. Scattered children and children in childcare institutions were the most vulnerable population to the disease. The incidence was mainly reported between April and July and peaked in July. The time of onset of the patients was positively correlated with the month of birth (r=0.95, P<0.01). The most common pathogens for HFMD were EV71 and Cox A16, accounting for 71.9% and 16.8%, respectively. Conclusion The incidence of HFMD exhibits a declining trend over the years and is significantly correlated with season and population. HFMD outbreaks are shown to influenced by the month of birth of the patients.
