2004-2013年新疆伤寒、副伤寒流行病学特征分析

摘要:目的　了解新疆伤寒、副伤寒发病动态，为做好疾病预防与控制工作提供依据。方法　根据新疆疫情统计资料和实验室资料，对该区2004-2013年伤寒、副伤寒流行概况进行分析。结果　2004-2013年新疆伤寒、副伤寒年均发病率3.12/10万，年均死亡率0.00048/10万，年均病死率0.0153％。全年8-9月为发病高峰期，发病人群以农民和学生为主。10年间共发生暴发疫情9起，多数发生在喀什地区。结论　2004-2013年新疆伤寒、副伤寒发病率呈平缓下降趋势，但有些地区发病率仍较高，优势茵型仍是伤寒沙门茵。

Epidemiological analysis on typhoid and paratyphoid fever in Xinjiang, 2004 - 2013

Abstract: Objective To investigate the trend of typhoid and paratyphoid fever in Xinjiang and provide the evidence for further development of prevention and controlling strategies. Methods The data of epidemic situation reports and laboratory results of typhoid and paratyphoid fever during 2004 to 2013 in Xinjiang were analyzed. Results The annual average incidence rate of typhoid and paratyphoid fever was 3.12 per lakh and the average mortality rate was 0.00048 per lakh. The average fatality rate was 0.0153% from 2004 to 2013. The incidence peak was from August to September with pesants and children as the major risk population. Resistance to ERY and RFP is high. A total of 9 outbreaks were reported in this 10 years and all outbreaks occurred in Kashgar District. Conclusion The incidence rate of typhoid and paratyphoid fever descended from 2004 to 2013, and except some areas. The progressive drug resistance increased the difficulty of prevention and the treatment of typhoid and paratyphoid fever.
