摘    要:摘要:目的 改进生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂亚甲蓝分光光度法。方法 采用比色管和抽吸装置代替分液漏斗萃取,并对操作方法进行简化,使显色、萃取一步完成。结果 十二烷基苯磺酸钠含量为0~1.6 mg/L时,本法工作曲线线性相关系数(r值)为0.9998,最低检测质量浓度为0.1 mg/L。改进后方法加标回收率为98%~102%,相对标准差(RSD)小于5%。结论 改进后的方法比原方法更为简便快速,适合生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的快速测定。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To improve the methylene blue spectrophotometry for determination of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water. Methods We used colorimetric tube and the suction device instead of separating funnel to extract the analytes, and to simplify the analytical procedure. Results When the content of dodecyl benzene sulfonic acid sodium was 0-1.6mg/L, the correlation coefficient (r) of the method was 0.9998, with the detection limit of 0.1 mg/L. The recoveries were between 98%-102%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was less than 5%. Conclusion The improved method is more simple and rapid, and suitable for the rapid determination of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water.
