石家庄市健康人群百日咳抗体水平分析

摘    要:摘要:目的 了解石家庄市健康人群百日咳抗体水平,为百日咳防控提供参考。方法 2013年采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,对石家庄市1634名人群开展问卷调查和采集血标本,用酶联免疫吸附试验检测百日咳IgG抗体。结果 人群百日咳抗体阳性率 50.18%、平均浓度52.88 IU/ml。各年龄组之间百日咳抗体阳性率差异有统计学意义(χ2=79.756,P<0.01)。<1岁组为45.04%,随年龄增长抗体阳性率下降并维持在较低水平,15岁之后有所反弹,至40~组达到最高68.57%;百日咳抗体阳性率平原县高于山区县,地区之间差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.03 P<0.01);不同性别间抗体阳性率和平均浓度的差异均无统计学意义(χ2=1.120,P=0.290;t=0.053,P=0.819);百日咳抗体阳性率、平均浓度在末次接种后1~5年内达到最低;基础免疫与加强免疫组间抗体阳性率和平均浓度差异无统计学意义(χ2=2.738,P=0.098;t=0.302,P=0.583)。结论 百白破混合制剂中,百日咳菌苗免疫效果欠佳。应加强监测,控制传染源。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To understand the pertussis antibody level in healthy population in Shijiazhuang City, and to provide scientific basis for pertussis prevention and control. Methods Questionnaire survey and serological detection were conducted among 1634 people of Shijiazhuang City by multistage random sampling method in 2013. Pertussis antibody was detected by using an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results Positive rate of pertussis antibody levels was 50.18%, and the average antibody concentration was 52.88IU/ml. Positive rate of the group between different age had obvious difference (χ2=79.756, P<0.01). The positive rate was 45.04% below 1 years old. With the growth of age, the positive rate of antibody decreased and maintained at a low level, but increased above 15 years old. The positive rate was highest above 40 years old (68.57%). The positive rate of the group between different region had obvious difference. Plain county is higher than that of a mountainous area county. The positive rate of the group between different gender had no obvious difference (χ2=1.120, P=0.290; t=0.053, P=0.819). The positive rate and the average concentration reached the minimum from 1 to 5 years after inoculation. The positive rate and the average concentration of the group between basic and strengthen immunity had no obvious difference (χ2=2.738, P=0.098; t=0.302, P=0.583). Conclusion In DPT, the effect of pertussis vaccine was poor. We should strengthen monitor and control sources of infection.
