3种中药多糖对人外周血单核细胞活性的影响

摘要:目的　比较3种中药多糖对人外周血中单核细胞活性的影响。方法　cong分离出人外周血分离出单核细胞，实验分为:正常对照组、枸杞多糖组、黄芪多糖组和当归多糖组。在体外培养72 h后，采用中性红实验分别检测单核细胞的吞噬能力；用酶细胞化学染色法检测单核细胞酸性磷酸酶的活性；ELISA 法检测培养液中肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）和白细胞介素-6（IL-6）的表达水平。结果　与正常对照组相比，3种中药多糖均能明显增强单核细胞的吞噬能力，增加单核细胞内酸性磷酸酶的活性，并使培养上清液中的TNF-α和IL-6的含量增加，其差异有统计学意义。其中以枸杞多糖的作用最为显著。结论　3种中药多糖均能增强人外周血单核细胞的活性，其中以枸杞多糖的作用最为显著。

Effect of three kinds of polysaccharide from Chinese medicine on mononuclear cell activity in the human peripheral blood

Abstract: Objective This work was to study the effect of three kinds of polysaccharide from Chinese medicine on mononuclear cell activity in the human peripheral blood. Methods Mononuclear cells from human peripheral blood were isolated and divided into normal control group, LBP group, APS group and ASP group. They were cultured for 72 hours. The phagocytosis of mononuclear cells was detected by neutral red experiment. The activity of acidic phosphatase enzyme was detected by staining method. The expression level of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-a) and interleukin 6 (IL-6) in supernatant was detected by ELISA method. Results Three kinds of Chinese medicine polysaccharide could obviously enhance phagocytosis of peripheral blood mononuclear cells, increase the activity of acid phosphatase enzyme, and increase the expression level of TNF-a and IL-6 in supernatant, with statistically significant difference. Among the three polysaccharidesj, the role of LBP was the most significant. Conclusion Three kinds of Chinese medicine polysaccharide can enhance activity of human peripheral blood mononuclear cells. Among them, the role of LBP was the most significant.
