2010-2013年达州市婴幼儿食品阪崎肠杆菌 监测结果分析

摘要:目的　了解达州市婴幼儿食品中阪崎肠杆菌污染情况，对制定相关措施提高科学依据。方法　对采集全市婴幼儿食品，依照食品微生物检验国家标准GB 4789.40-2010进行阪崎肠杆菌的检测。结果　每年采集的婴幼儿食品均有阪崎肠杆菌检出，共计16份样品，并且均在婴幼儿谷物辅助食品中检出。其中，2012年的阪崎肠杆菌检出率最高，为26.83%；采至城郊集镇和所辖县市的样品检出率高于达州市主城区，分别为57.14% 和25.00%；适宜年龄段中，学龄前儿童（3～6岁）段婴幼儿食品阪崎肠杆菌检出率最高，为66.67%。结论　达州市婴幼儿食品存在阪崎肠杆菌污染，需加强对全市婴幼儿食品的监督和管理，尤其是婴幼儿谷物辅助食品。

Analysis on monitoring results of Enterobacter sakazakii in infantal food from 2010 to 2013 in Dazhou

Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the contamination of Enterobacter sakazakii in infantal food, in order to provide basis for relevant measures. Methods All samples were examined according to the standards of GB 4789.40-2010. Results Sixteen strains of Enterobacter sakazakii were isolated from the Cereal-based complementary foods for infants and young children mentioned above. For all years, the detection rate of Enterobacter sakazakii in 2012 was the highest (26.83%). The detection rate of the samples in suburban was higher than the main city of Dazhou. Infantal food for preschool period had the highest detection rate (66.67%). Conclusion There was a pollution of Enterobacter sakazakii in infantal food in the Dazhou market. It is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management for infantal food, especially the infant cereal food.
