预防医学专业本科教育中临床医学课程体系 改革与探索

摘    要:摘要:目的 探讨预防医学专业本科临床医学教学新的课程体系与教学模式。方法 2008级学生以原有课程体系及教学模式进行教学。2009级学生以新的课程体系及教学模式进行教学。比较两届学生临床医学阶段临床思维及临床技能考核成绩,进行统计学分析。结果 接受新的课程体系及教学模式教学的学生临床思维及临床技能考核平均成绩高于接受原有课程体系及教学模式教学的学生,差异有统计学意义。结论 新的课程体系与教学模式的建立和实施有效提高了学生临床思维及临床技能。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To explore and evaluate the effect of curriculum and the mode of clinical medicine teaching for preventive medical undergraduate students. Methods Students from class 2008 (Group One) were taught with the original curriculum and mode of clinical medicine teaching, while students from class 2009 (Group Two) were taught with the new system. The examination of clinical thinking and clinical skills were used for all the students from the two groups. Results The clinical thinking and clinical skills from two groups were different. Conclusion The foundation of the new curriculum and the mode of clinical medicine teaching was effective for students to improve their clinical thinking and clinical skill.
