2010-2014年兴化市孕产妇艾滋病哨点监测结果分析

摘要:目的　了解兴化市孕产妇艾滋病（HIV）、梅毒（SP）和丙型肝炎病毒（HCV）感染现状、相关危险因素及艾滋病防治知识知晓情况，为制定兴化市母婴传播传染病防控提供科学依据。方法　按照《全国艾滋病哨点监测实施方案操作手册》要求，对2010-2014年全市共计2 014名孕产妇进行问卷调查和血清学检测。结果　2010-2014年兴化市孕产妇中HIV阳性检出率0.05%，SP阳性检出率0.74%，HCV阳性检出率0.25%；艾滋病防治知识知晓率84.46%，呈逐年上升趋势（χ2＝70.41，P＜0.001），且文化水平越高，防治知识知晓率越高（χ2＝118.10，P＜0.001）。结论　兴化市孕产妇人群艾滋病感染率尚低于全国水平，但该人群及其配偶流动性较大，其健康行为直接影响到全市的生育质量，因此，加大孕产妇艾滋病防治知晓的健康教育和行为干预仍是我市艾滋病防治工作的重点。

An analysis on monitoring AIDS pregnant and lying-in women in Xinghua City, 2010-2014

Abstract: Objective To characterize the present situation of pregnant women's HIV, SP and HCV infection, the relevant dangerous factors, the awareness of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge in Xinghua from 2010 to 2014, and provide scientific basis for the formulation of preventive and therapeutic measures for mother-to-child infectious diseases. Methods Questionnaires on 2, 014 pregnant and lying-in women and serological detection under the instruction of Operation Manuel for National AIDS Monitoring Point Implementation Plans. Results Since 2010, the positive detection rates of HIV/AIDS, SP and HCV are 0.05%, 0.74%, 0.25%, respectively. The awareness rate of AIDS prevention and treatment knowledge is 84.46%, indicating a yearly increasing trend (χ2=70.41, P<0.001). And the better educated the subjects are, the higher the awareness rate (χ2=118.10, P<0.001) Conclusion At present, the infection rate of AIDS among the pregnant and lying-in women in Xinghua is below the national average level. However, these women as well as their spouses are frequently mobile, whose healthy behaviors will directly affect the quality of reproduction in our city. Therefore, furthering health education of AIDS prevention, treatment knowledge, behavioral intervention of the pregnant and lying-in women are still the focal points in the work of AIDS prevention and treatment in Xinghua.
