蛹虫草中超氧化物歧化酶提取工艺的研究

摘    要:摘要:目的 研究基酒提取蛹虫草子实体中超氧化物歧化酶(Superoxide Dismutase,SOD)的主要因素和最适条件,以期取得满意的提取效率。方法 以温度、酒精度、粒度、时间、投料比及提取方式作为考察因素,通过Design Expert 8.0设计实验方案,响应曲面法进行数据处理,建立蛹虫草中SOD的提取因素与提取效率的回归模型,得到基酒提取SOD的最适条件。结果 根据回归模型,得到基酒提取蛹虫草子实体中SOD的最佳工艺为:投料比为1∶100,蛹虫草粉碎后,用酒精度60°的基酒提取1 d,每天氮吹搅动20 min。 结论 所建立的回归模型有效,在最适提取条件下,SOD的理论最大得率为877.3 U/g。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The study aimed to research on the major factors and the optimal conditions of extracting superoxide dismutase (SOD) from Cordyceps Militaris' fruiting body with the base wine, so as to obtain the satisfactory extraction efficiency. Methods Extraction temperature, alcohol degree, particle size, ratio of material and alcohol, extraction time and the extraction method were studied as the main influencing factors on the SOD extraction efficiency. The experimental scheme was designed by Design Expert 8.0 software. The experimental data were analyzed with response surface method and the regression equations were obtained between the factors and the extraction efficiency. Results The optimal conditions for extracting SOD from Cordyceps Militaris with the base wine were as follows: 1:100 for the ratio of material and alcohol, 60° for the alcohol degree of the base wine, the material ground in powder, extracting for one day and blowing nitrogen once for 20min every day. Conclusion The regression model established in the experiment was proved to be effective and the theoretical maximum yield of SOD was 877.3U/g under the optimal conditions.
