摘    要:【目的】研究2010-2014年中国新被SCI收录科技期刊的文献计量指标,分析发展态势。【方法】利用Web of Science和JCR,预估各期刊2014年度影响因子(IF),统计H指数、零被引率等文献计量学指标,研究IF和零被引率、大陆地区发文和大陆施引次数的相关性。【结果】我国新被SCI收录期刊发展势头良好。【结论】当前应从减少零被引率、提高国际论文比、组约高质量研究性论文、优先资助填补我国学科空白的英文期刊等方面促进我国SCI期刊的培育和发展。

Abstract:[Purposes] This study aims to analyze the bibliometric indicators of Chinese journals new ly indexed in SCIamong 2010-2014,and to study the developmental status of these journals.[Methods] Wemade use of the citation analysis viaWeb of Science and Journal Citation Reports from three aspects: 1) the calculation of the IF of 2014; 2) the comparison of various bibliometric indicators such as the H index,the percentage of zero-cited papers; and 3) the correlations between IF and the percentage of zerocited papers,papers of themainland and citations of themainland.[Findings] Chinese journals new ly indexed in SCIamong 2010-2014 are developing well.[Conclusions] Some suggestions are proposed for cultivating Chinese SCI journals,such as decreasing the percentage of zero-cited papers,increasing the percentage of international papers,seeking high-quality original papers,and preferably supporting the journals that are the first English journals in a certain discipline of China.
