职业驾驶员情绪稳定性检测量表的编制

摘    要:摘要:目的 编制职业驾驶员情绪稳定性检测量表。方法 在聚类分析、访谈、案例分析及相关文献的基础上初步形成25个关于情绪稳定性的项目;通过探索性因素分析对初测的150份有效量表进行项目筛选和因子提取,最终形成由10个项目组成的职业驾驶员专用情绪稳定性量表,选取248名职业公交驾驶员和长途客运驾驶员对该量表进行信效度分析。结果 根据探索性因素分析结果筛选出该量表的4个因子,即易抑郁、易紧张、易焦虑和易急躁,4个因子的累积方差贡献率为69.600%,量表的Cronbach's α系数和分半信度分别为0.842和0.835,量表总分与16PF因素C(稳定性)标准分显著正相关,各因子具有良好的区分度(P<0.001)。结论 职业驾驶员情绪稳定性检测量表的信效度基本符合心理测量学要求,可将情绪稳定性量表应用于职业驾驶员选拔。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To develop the Mood Stability Test Scale of Professional Drivers. Methods Based on cluster analysis, interview, case study and related literature, a preliminary questionnaire including 25 items was developed. 150 professional drivers were investigated. The items were sifted, and the factors were extracted, both by the exploratory factor analysis. The Mood Stability Test Scale of Professional Drivers composed by 10 items was formed eventually, and 248 occupational drivers were investigated by it to proceed the validity analysis. Results 4 main factors, depression, tension, anxiety and impatience, were identified by the exploratory factor analysis. Meanwhile, the cumulative variance contribution rate of the four factors was 69.600%. Cronbach's α coefficients and split-half reliability of the scale were 0.842 and 0.835, respectively. The total score of the scale was significantly correlated with the standard score of the factor C (Mood Stability) in 16PF, and each factor had a good degree of differentiation (P<0.001). Conclusion The Mood Stability Scale of Professional Drivers meets the needs of psychometric standard, and can be applied in assessment for occupational drivers.
