护理本科新生自杀倾向的危险因素分析

摘要:目的　探讨护理本科新生自杀倾向的危险因素，为预防心理危机发生，降低自杀危险及护生心理健康教育提供有效对策。方法　采用问卷调查法，对3所高校472名新入校的护理本科生进行调查。结果　护理本科新生自杀倾向阳性率为19.28%。Logistic回归分析结果显示，护理本科新生自杀倾向的危险因素是年龄、入学志愿、神经质、外向性、责任意识。结论　高校针对年龄小、情绪稳定性差、亲和力不足、责任意识差的护生，应实施早期、有效的干预，以有利于心理危机和自杀的预防。

Analysis of the risk factors for suicidal behaviors among freshmen nursing students

Abstract: Objective The study explored the risk factors for suicidal behaviors among freshmen nursing students, so as to provide effective countermeasures for preventing the occurrence of psychological crisis, reducing suicide risks, and promoting mental health education for nursing students. Methods A total of 472 newly enrolled freshmen nursing students at three colleges were conducted a questionnaire survey. Results The positive rate of suicidal behaviors was 19.28% among the freshmen nursing students. Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for suicidal behaviors among the students were age, admission preference, nervosity, extraversion, and responsibility consciousness. Conclusion Colleges should provide early and effective interventions for nursing students with young age, poor emotional stability, insufficient affinity, and poor responsibility consciousness, so as to promote the prevention of psychological crises and suicides.
