神经内科护理人员对脑卒中康复知识知晓率调查

摘要:目的　通过对神经内科康复护理人员对脑卒中康复知识知晓率进行调查，对问题进行分析及研究，从而采取相应的措施改进，为今后不断提高护理人员康复护理水平奠定基础。方法　选取某院神经内科护理人员44名作为调查对象，采用自行制定的 “神经内科护理人员脑卒中康复护理认知情况调查表”，对调查对象进行不记名自填式问卷调查，调查对象进行集中填写、统一回收。评价调查表得分情况及总分得分情况，并分析护理知识部分各题的知晓率。结果　52.27%的调查对象知识部分得分为40～49分，56.82%的调查对象康复护理态度＜20分。根据总分（100分）来看，调查对象平均得分为（68.9±8.4）分，调查对象中，＜60分者占20.45%，60～79分者占43.18%，80～89分者占27.27%，90分及以上者占9.09%，多数调查对象得分集中于60～89分之间。调查对象对“康复护理与一般护理的区别及联系”知晓率较高，达77.27%，其次为“自我护理理论”，知晓率70.45%，对“康复护理的环境要求”、“肩关节保护法”的知晓率较低，分别为36.36%、40.91%，对“脑卒中康复护理的基本内容”、“脑卒中康复护理的介入时间”、“头部保护体位”的知晓率也较低，知晓率均为43.18%，不足50%。结论　该院神经内科护理人员对脑卒中康复护理知识掌握仍有欠缺，应针对性的开展培训及健康教育，强化护理技能，提高护理人员康复护理水平。

Survey on the awareness rate of rehabilitation knowledge of stroke among nursing staff in neurology department

Abstract: Objective This work was to learn the knowledge level of nurses on rehabilitation of stroke and analyze related problems and reasons, so as to lay the foundation for better quality of rehabilitation nursing care. Methods 44 neurology nurses in our hospital were selected for the investigation. A self-designed questionnaire was used to collect information about subjects' knowledge on neurology stroke rehabilitation nursing care. All subjects filled the questionnaire at the same time and the forms were returned on site for analysis. Results 52.27% of the respondents scored 40-49 points on the section of basic knowledge. 56.82% of respondents scored < 20 points on rehabilitation nursing attitude. Overall, the average score of respondents was 68.9±8.4 out of 100 points (the full score), where 20.45% got a score of < 60 points (), 43.18% got 60-79 points, 27.27% got 80-89 points, and 9.09% got 90 points and above. The awareness to the difference between rehabilitation nursing care and general nursing care was 77.27%, which was the highest, and followed by self nursing theory (70.45%), shoulder joint protection awareness (40.91%) and environmental requirements of rehabilitation nursing (36.36%). To basic content of stroke rehabilitation nursing, stroke rehabilitation nursing intervention, and the posture of low head protection, the awareness rate was only 43.18%. Conclusion Nurses in the Department of Neurology overall lacked knowledge on stroke rehabilitation nursing. Training and health education should be strengthened to improve their the nursing skills and the quality of rehabilitation nursing care.
