摘    要:摘要:目的 通过对树突状细胞(Dendritic Cells,DCs)表面标志物CD1a、CD83在异常子宫出血组织中表达状况的研究,探讨其在药物流产后异常子宫出血中的作用。方法 选取自愿终止妊娠的停经8周之内的早孕妇女,分为人工流产组、药流不全组、药流完全组各20例。收集3组蜕膜组织应用免疫组化法和Western blotting法检测不同分化阶段DCs的分布、形态、数量。结果 3组DCs均分布于腺体间、血管间;CD1a+未成熟DCs呈圆形、卵圆形;CD83+成熟DCs有多个分枝状突起。人流组CD1a的表达较药流组高,但CD83的表达较药流组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);药流不全组CD1a的表达较药流全组高,但CD83的表达较药流全组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 不同分化阶段DCs与药物流产后异常子宫出血的发生发展有密切相关性。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to investigate the expressions of dendritic cells markers CD1a and CD83 in decidua of women with abnormal uterine bleeding after abortion, in order to explore the significances of DCs in the occurrence and development in abnormal uterine bleeding after abortion. Methods Healthy pregnant women requested pregnancy termination with gestational duration less than eight weeks were recruited. Subjects were divided into three groups: surgical abortion by vacuum aspiration group, incomplete abortion mifepristone group and complete abortion mifepristone group. Methods including immunohistochemical straining and western blotting were used to detect the locations, the structures, and the numbers of positive cells at different stages. Results DCs scattered among glands or vessels in all groups. The CD1a+ immature DCs (imDCs) was round and oval. Dendritic processes were faintly visible in all groups. The CD83+ mature DCs (mDCs) was irregular, branched in all groups. The expression of CD1a protein was higher, while the expression of CD83 protein was lower in surgical abortion than in mifepristone abortion group (P<0.01). The expression of CD1a protein was higher, while the expression of CD83 protein was lower in incomplete mifepristone abortion group than in complete mifepristone abortion group (P<0.01). Conclusion DCs may play important roles in the occurrence and development of abnormal uterine bleeding after abortion.
