菊芋菊糖对链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠Ⅰ型糖尿病 治疗作用的研究

摘    要:摘要:目的 检测菊芋菊糖对链脲佐菌素诱导大鼠Ⅰ型糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 给链脲佐菌素诱导Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠饮水中添加1%、2%和3%的菊芋菊糖28 d,监测试验期间大鼠体重和血糖变化,观测试验期满血清胰岛素、胰岛形态、β细胞数量和胰岛素表达情况。结果 给予菊芋菊糖治疗后,Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠体重较自然恢复组均有所增加(P<0.05);血糖呈现下降趋势,且试验结束时与对照组血糖值差异无统计学差异(P>0.05);胰岛萎缩有所改善,β细胞数量、胰岛素表达和血清胰岛素含量均较自然恢复组明显增加(P<0.05)。结论 菊芋菊糖可明显降低链脲佐菌素诱导Ⅰ型糖尿病大鼠血糖,其机制可能是防止胰岛β细胞破坏,增加胰岛素表达,试验结果表明菊芋菊糖对Ⅰ型糖尿病有较好的治疗作用。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The objective of the study was to assess the therapeutic effect of Jerusalem artichoke inulin on rats with streptozotocin-induced type I diabetes. Methods 1%, 2%, and 3% of Jerusalem artichoke inulin was added to drinking water for rats with streptozotocin-induced type I diabetes for 28 days. Changes in weight and blood glucose in the rats were monitored throughout the experiment. Serum insulin level, pancreatic islet morphology, β cell count, and insulin expression level were also observed. Results After the Jerusalem artichoke inulin therapy, weight of the rats with type I diabetes showed larger increase than that of the natural recovery group (P<0.05); blood glucose level of the diseased rats decreased over the experiment and showed no statistical difference as compared with the control group by the end of the experiment (P>0.05). The diseased rats also showed improved pancreatic islet atrophy and increased β cell count, insulin expression level, and serum insulin level as compared with the natural recovery group (P<0.05). Conclusion Jerusalem artichoke inulin can significantly decrease blood glucose level in rats with streptozotocin-induced type I diabetes. The mechanism may involve prevention of pancreatic β cell damage and increasing of insulin expression. Results of the study suggest that Jerusalem artichoke inulin has good therapeutic effect on type I diabetes.
