氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育的影响

摘    要:摘要:目的 探讨氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育的干扰效应,为氯吡脲的安全性应用提供依据。方法 对青春期前雄性大鼠进行试验,观察接触不同剂量(0.06、6、600 mg/kg·bw)的氯吡脲时,青春期雄性大鼠体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量及系数、血清肝肾功、睾酮、促甲状腺激素等的变化,并对脏器进行组织学检查。结果 与对照组相比,除高剂量组肝系数、肾系数明显增高(F=8.20,P<0.05;F=11.07,P<0.05),低剂量组总蛋白和白蛋白显著升高(F=6.83,P<0.05;F=6.71,P<0.05)外,各剂量组体重、包皮分离时间、脏器重量、睾酮含量等指标差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。组织学检查结果显示氯吡脲各剂量组大鼠重要脏器无损害性改变。结论 氯吡脲对雄性SD大鼠青春期发育没有明显的影响。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to explore the effects of forchlorfenuron on the development of pubertal male rats, and provide the basis for safety evaluation of forchlorfenuron. Methods Experiment was carried out using pubertal male rats by gavage 0.06, 6, and 600 mg/kg.bw forchlorfenuron at postnatal day (PND) from 23 to 53. The change of body weight, progression of preputial separation, viscera coefficient, hepatic and renal function, content of testosterone, and histological evaluation were investigated. Results In the high dosage group, the liver and kidney coefficient were significantly increased (F=8.20, P<0.05; F=11.07, P<0.01). The contents of TP and ALB were significantly increased (F=6.83, P<0.01; F=6.71, P<0.01) in the low dosage group. The weight, progression of preputial separation time, testosterone and other biochemical indexes of the three dosage groups of subjects had no significant difference compared with the control group (P>0.05). Histological examination showed that all of the rats were normal. Conclusion Forchlorfenuron had no obvious effect on male SD-rats' puberty.
