南京市卫生监督协管工作现况调查

摘要:目的　全面了解南京市卫生监督协管服务进展情况，为健全南京市公共卫生服务体系及推进卫生监督协管工作提供决策依据。方法　通过召开座谈会、查阅文件资料、发放问卷等方式对全市卫生监督协管工作开展调研。结果　目前协管工作中存在协管队伍整体素质不高、卫生监督协管服务工作的边缘化、经费分配机制不健全及协管工作宣传力度不够等问题。结论　应提高对卫生监督协管工作的认识、加强卫生监督协管队伍建设、加强卫生监督协管工作的政策保障、完善卫生监督协管工作制度设计及加大卫生监督协管工作宣传力度。

Analysis of the current situation of health supervision and coordination in Nanjing City

Abstract: Objective The study aimed to comprehensively assess the progress in health supervision and coordination services in Nanjing, and thus to provide a basis for decision making on improving the public health service system and promoting the health supervision and coordination in Nanjing. Methods The quality of health supervision and coordination throughout the City was investigated by organizing seminars, searching through documentations, and distributing questionnaires. Results Issues on current health supervision and coordination included poor overall quality of the coordination team, service marginalization, poor appropriation mechanism, and insufficient propaganda. Conclusion Improving the awareness on health supervision and coordination, strengthening the development of the health supervision and coordination team, enhancing the relevant policies, perfecting the system design, and promoting the propaganda are advised.
