2011-2013年中宁县医疗机构消毒质量监测结果分析

摘要:目的　分析2011-2013年中宁县各级医疗机构消毒工作质量现况，为规范全县医疗机构消毒工作，预防和控制医源性感染提高依据。方法　对全县186家医疗机构进行消毒质量监测，按照GB15982-1995/2012《医院消毒卫生标准》评价分析。结果　2011-2013年共检测样品1623份，合格率84.78%；3年的合格率分别为80.36%、83.88%和89.88%，呈上升趋势，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝20.34，P＜0.005）；二级医院、一级医院和一级以下医疗卫生机构合格率分别为98.63%、92.59%和80.83%，差异有统计学意义（χ2＝50.96，P＜0.005）。使用中消毒液合格率最高，室内空气最低。结论　中宁县医疗机构消毒质量逐年提高，但基层消毒管理工作未完全落实到位，要采取综合有效的管理措施，杜绝医源性感染的发生。

Analysis on quality of disinfection of medical Institutions in Zhongning,2010-2013

Abstract: Objective The disinfection qualities of medical establishment at all level were analyzed in Zhongning from 2011 to 2013. In order to regulate the disinfection work of the county medical institutions, and provide the basis. Methods According to Hospital disinfection hygiene standards (GB15982-1995/ 2012), we monitored the quality of the county's 186 disinfection of medical institutions. Results From 2011 to 2013, the number of samples tested was 1623, and the passing rate was 84.78%. Compliance rates were 80.36%, 83.88%, 89.88%, respectively, showing an upward trend. The differences were significant in statistics (χ2= 20.34, P<0.005). The passing rates of the second-class hospital, the first-class hospital, the primary medical and health establishment were 98.63%, 92.59%, 80.83%, respectively. The differences were statistically significant(χ2=50.96, P<0.005). Conclusion The disinfection quality of medical establishment in Zhongning County gradually increased, but the disinfection management in the grassroots must be improved. We need to take comprehensive and effective management measures to completely prevent iatrogenic infection.
