摘    要:摘要:目的 了解黄浦区2009-2014年间流感流行特征,为流感防控工作提供科学依据。方法 根据国家流感监测方案,收集本区流感监测点流感样病例(ILI)相关诊室就诊情况以及ILI 就诊情况,对部分病例进行采样开展病原学监测,使用RT-PCR方法进行流感病毒亚型鉴定,阳性标本用MDCK细胞进行病毒分离。结果 2009-2014年黄浦区各周ILI%为0.27%~1.54%之间,三级医院周ILI%明显低于二级医院。检测流感样病例咽拭子标本8315份,检出流感病毒阳性2552份,阳性率为30.69%。结论 本区流感发病主要集中在冬春季,夏季偶有流行。流感病毒优势亚型交替频繁,2009年本地区优势流行株为甲型H1N1,非流行年份优势流行株为H3和B型。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective The aim of this study was to characterize the trend of influenza epidemics in Huangpu district Shanghai city from 2009 and 2014, in order to provide scientific basis for future disease prevention and control. Methods Based on national influenza surveillance program, data of cases with influenza and influenza-like illness (ILI) were collected from influenza sentinel surveillance hospitals. And samples were analyzed for epidemiological characteristics. The strains were isolated from Madin Darby Canine Kidney cells (MDCK cells). Real time RT-PCR was used to identify virus subtypes. Results From 2009 to 2014 in Huangpu district, the percentage of detected ILI per week ranged from 0.27% to 1.54%. Cases with ILI symptoms in tertiary hospitals were significantly less than those in secondary hospitals. A total of 8315 samples were collected. Nucleic acids were isolated, and 2552 cases were positive for influenza virus, which was 30.69% of the total samples tested. Conclusion The activity of influenza virus peaked in winter and spring, with occasional cases in summer in Huangpu district. There were frequent alternations between different virus subtypes. In 2009, the most predominant strain was influenza A (H1N1), and during the years when no influenza epidemic was detected, the most predominant strains were influenza A (H3) and influenza B type.
