摘    要:摘要:目的 研究番茄红素(lycopene,LP)、维生素C及其联用对慢性酒精中毒小鼠肝脏的保护作用及机理。方法 将小鼠随机分为5组:对照组、模型组、维生素C组、LP组、LP+维生素C组,检测其血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)的水平和肝脏丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性,光镜下观察其肝脏组织形态学改变。结果 与对照组比较,各给药组小鼠血清AST、ALT水平下降(P<0.05),肝脏MDA水平下降(P<0.05)、SOD活性上升(P<0.05),肝脂肪变性减轻。与维生素C组和LP组比较,LP+维生素C组小鼠各指标无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 LP、维生素C对慢性酒精中毒小鼠肝损伤具有一定防治作用,而二者联用无明显协同作用。

Abstract:Abstract: Objective To study the protective effects and mechanism of Lycopene (LP), vitamin C and their joint use on liver in mice with chronic alcoholism. Methods Mice were randomly divided into 5 groups, which were a control group, a model group, a vitamin C group, a LP group, a LP and vitamin C group. Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) levels and liver malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activities were detected. The morphological changes of liver tissue were observed. Result Compared with the control group, each group given drugs mice serum AST, ALT, liver MDA and liver steatosis levels decreased (P<0.05), but the SOD activity increased (P<0.05). Compared with the LP group and vitamin C group, the indexes in LP and vitamin C group had no statistical significance (P>0.05). Conclusion LP and vitamin C have a certain effect for prevention of chronic alcoholism liver injury in mice, but the combination has no significant synergy.
