江苏省乡镇卫生院人力资源现况调查

摘要:目的　了解江苏省目前乡镇卫生院人力资源及需求现况，为优化乡镇卫生人才队伍提供参考依据。方法　结合省信息中心2013年对全省13市1 634家乡镇卫生院的上报数据进行分析。结果　苏南地区人员年龄、学历分布、及每万人执业（助理）医师和护士人数均优于其他地区；政府办乡镇卫生院卫生人员年龄、学历、及每万人执业（助理）医师和护士人数均优于非政府办卫生院；各类执业（助理）医师及技师均不同程度的缺乏，其中全科医师和公卫医师缺乏严重。结论　全省乡镇卫生人才队伍呈现出苏南优于苏北，政府办优于社会办的特点，各类医师、技师缺口巨大。

Human resource of township health centers in Jiangsu Province

Abstract: Objective To acknowledge the current situation of human resource and demands of township health centers in Jiangsu Province, so as to provide references for optimizing the rural health personnel. Methods According to the data reported by information center, we conducted analysis on 1634 township health centers of 13 cities throughout the province in 2013. Results The distributions of age, education level and the numbers of registered doctors and nurses every ten thousand in south area of Jiangsu Province were better than those of other area. The distributions of age, education level and the numbers of registered doctors and nurses every ten thousand in township health centers run by the government were better than those of township health centers run by the society. All kinds of registered doctors and technicians were of great shortage at different levels, especially the general practitioners and the public health managers. Conclusion The rural health personnel of south area of Jiangsu Province is better than that of north area. The rural health personnel of health centers run by the government are better than those of health centers run by the society. All kinds of registered doctors and technicians are of great shortage.
