| Abstract: | In this paper,a newly designed and manufactured plate screwed in the vertebralpedicle(PSP)is reported.This method has been used to treat the thoracolumbar spinefracture in 51 cases,and a good result has been achived.Satisfactory reduction,strong internal fixation,safety and few complication were proper advantages of PSP.It shows that it is a new effective method for the treatment of thoracolumbar spinalfracture. |
