| 摘 要： | 采用不同电针波形 ,以及临床上证明治疗高尿道压型女性尿道综合征 (FUS)有效的穴位组合 ,并观察治疗前后尿动力学指标的变化 ,探讨不同电针波形对排尿功能的作用。结果表明 ,3组电针 ,不同波形对机体的调节作用不同 ,连续波容易使机体产生适应而作用最小 ,疏密波更接近人体生物电其作用最大 ,断续波兴奋神经、肌肉作用最强 ,在改善膀胱无力方面效果最明显。

| Abstract: | Use different electroacupuncture waveform and fixed group of points to treat hypertonic pressure of femal urethral syndrome.And analyse the clinical effect.Different wave forms have diffent function of regulating organism.As the organism is malleable to the successive wave,its effect is not obvious.Dense-disperse wave has the most outstanding effect,which is close to the bioelectricity.Intermittent wave has the strong action of exciting nerves and muscles,so this type of wave can improve the inertia bladder. |
