基于案例的药物相互作用住吸收环节的影响（一）

目的：了解药物在吸收阶段发生的相互作用的机制。方法：通过文献检索和案例分析，对吸收阶段药物相互作用对药物疗效的影响进行探讨。结果：4例患者使用的药物因在吸收阶段发生的相互作用．一种药物可增加或减少另一种药物的吸收，致使后一种药物血药浓度增高或降低，影响治疗效果。结论：两种药物在吸收阶段可因改变肠道菌群．胃肠动力及络合作用等机制而影响药物的吸收。

Drug Interaction on the Stage of Absorption: Cases Analysis (NO.1)

Objective： To study the mechanism of drug interaction in the stage of absorption. Methods： Based on literature retrieval and case analysis, the impact of drug interactions on the efficacy of drugs on the stage of absorption was discussed. Results： Interaction occurred in the absorption phase during 4 patients used drugs. One drug may increase or decrease the absorption of another drug, resulting in increasing or decreasing plasma concentration of the latter drug, thus influence the therapeutic effects. Conclusion： Drugs may be affected by other drugs on absorption due to the change of intestinal bacteria, movement of gastrointestinal tract and the complexation of drugs.
