| 摘 要： | 目的提高医院药品采购的合理性,科学性。方法利用ABC分类数学模型,对药品进行分类,再利用列表分析的方法,找出医院药品采购计划的最佳方案。结果本方法设计制定的医院药品采购计划在保障供应、资金周转、采购成本、工作效率等方面都是比较合理的。结论制定的医院药品采购计划有利于提高医院药品的质量管理。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the rational making of medicine purchase plan in hospital. Methods Based on medicines classified by ABC classification mathematic model and following analysis by using tabulation, the best hospital medicine purchase plan were made. Results The hospital medicine purchase plan made in this way was rational in that it can meet the clinical application demand, help the circulation of capital, reduce purchase cost and improve efficiency. Conclusion The hospital medicine purchase plan made in this way contributes to improved hospital drug quality control. |
