不同方法比较戊二醛对枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢的杀灭效果

摘    要:为比较不同染菌载体和连续使用稳定性试验中器械不同干燥方法对戊二醛杀灭枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢效果的影响 ,采用布片和钢片 2种载体进行定量杀菌试验以及甩干和烘干 2种干燥方法进行了实验室观察。结果 ,以含 2 0g/L戊二醛消毒液浸泡作用 1h ,对 2种载体上枯草杆菌黑色变种芽孢杀灭率均为 99.99% ,作用 4h均为10 0 % ,无显著差异。连续使用稳定性试验中 ,每日将 2 0g/L戊二醛消毒液浸泡的器械捞出甩干或烘干 ,再放回浸泡 ,如此连续至第 7d对甩干法取消毒液试验作用 5h对该细菌芽孢杀灭率方可达 10 0 % ,至第 14d ,作用 7h亦达不到 10 0 % ;而烘干法至第 14d ,取消毒液试验作用 4h ,对该细菌芽孢杀灭率也可达到 10 0 %。

Abstract:In order to compare the influence of different inoculation carriers and different methods for drying instruments in continuous stability test on efficacy of glutaraldehyde in killing spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger, two kinds of carriers, i.e. Cloth strip and steel coupon, were used to carry out quantitative germicidal test and two kinds of drying methods, i.e. drying by moving backward and forward and drying by the fire, were used to carry out laboratory observation. The results showed that after immersion in 20 g/L glutaraldehyde solution for 1 h, the killing rate of spores of Bacillus subtilis var. niger on both of the 2 kinds of carriers was 99.99% and the killing rate after immersion of both carriers for 4 h was 100%, with no significant difference. In continuous stability test, the instruments immersed in 20 g/L glutaraldehyde disinfection solution were taken out every day for drying by moving backward and forward or by the fire and then put back into the solution again. These procedures were repeated successively. On the 7th day, the disinfectant solution using drying by moving backward and forward was taken for test. It could kill 100% of the spores only after contact for 5 h. On 14th day, 100% killing rate could not be obtained even after contact for 7 h, while the disinfectant solution using the drying by the fire could kill 100% of the spores after contact for 4 h on 14th day.
