红花的化学成分及质量标准研究进展

摘    要:目的:综述近几年来红花的化学成分及质量标准研究进展。方法:查阅国内外相关文献并进行归纳,总结。结果:红花主要含有色素、黄酮类化合物及酚酸等化学成分。其中有效部位为红花黄色素,其提取方法主要为水提法。在质量标准研究方面,多以单一成分为参照,采用指纹图谱技术对红花的质量进行研究。结论:红花质量研究方面还需进一步的探讨。

Abstract:Objective:To review the progress on study of chemical constituents and quality control methods of Flos Carthami.Method:The literature published in China and abroad in recent years was consulted and summarized.Result:The constituents of Flos Carthami are pigments,flavonoids,phenolic acid etc.And Safflor yellow were the effective constituents in Flos Carthami,which were extracted predomi-nently by water.The chromatergraphic technique was used to the control quality of Flos Carthami.Conclusion:More studies are needed on the quality control of Flos Carthami.
