| 摘 要： | 目的:观察艾克清胶囊对荷瘤小鼠网状内皮系统的吞噬作用.方法:艾克清胶囊1.0 g/kg/d、2.0g/kg/d、4.0 g/kg/d给小鼠灌胃给药,连续给药10天,然后尾静脉注射1%明胶溶液稀释的25%印度墨汁,取血测定其光密度,计算单位时间内炭粒廓清率.结果:艾克清胶囊对小鼠的吞噬指数K及校正吞噬指数α均有显著的增强作用(P<0.05～0.01).结论:艾克清胶囊有促进小鼠网状内皮吞噬功能的作用,说明本品具有促进免疫功能的作用.
