轮状病毒肠炎血清心肌酶谱的改变及意义

目的 探讨轮状病毒性肠炎患儿心肌酶及其同功酶的改变及其意义。方法 对61例轮状病毒性肠炎患儿作心肌酶测定，并与同期无腹泻、感染性疾病和心脏疾病的婴幼儿进行对比分析。结果 61例中49例（80．3％）心肌酶谱明显升高，两组比较差异均有高度显著性（P〈0．01）。结论 轮状病毒感染可以引起心肌损害，故在治疗时应作心肌酶谱的监测。

The Changes of Serum Myocardial Enzymes in Rotavirus Enteritis and Clinical Significance

Objective To study the changes of serum myocardial enzymes on children of rotavirus enteritis and clinical significance. Methods To evalyate myocardial enzymes of 61 cases of rotavirus enteritis. Meanwhile, myocardial enzymes of other children of no diarrhea and no heart disease were measured.Results 49 out of 61 cases (80.3%) showed highly increasing of myocardial enzymes. The two groups had significant difference (P<0.01).Conclusions It suggests that rotavirus can induce myocardium impairment ,so surveillance of myocardial enzymes should be done for rotavirus enteritis patients.
